Postmachina’s viral video frenzy

As a part of a Picnic Challenge more specifically the , Postmachina have committed themselves to a weeklong daily videolog, or a viral campaign if you will.

If you are a fan of the Matrix, the all new Batman series, or Starwars for that matter , I am pretty sure you like these; in fact you can gain your own minutes of fame by following the instructions in the video.

Creative Boat Tour update! (list of the participants)

After last year’s highly successful Creative Tour event, part of the annual Picnic new media conference, the legacy continues with another installment being prepped for September 25.
Syntens, platform for entrepreneurship, the Amsterdam branch of the Chamber of Commerce and new media business incubator MediaGuild all have their stake in the invite-only event, that combines a networking boat tour from the Picnic ‘08 festival area to a project market and fancy drink in the lobby of the fully renovated Amsterdam Branch of the Chamber of Commerce.

A select yet diversified group of national and international representatives including company owners, venture capitalists, politicians and journalists among others, will be invited for the occasion, which seeks to provide a snapshot of some of the leading creative business initiatives in the Amsterdam area today. To provide a balanced overview, projects from the perspectives of the three initiators have been cherrypicked, representing various fields of expertise and diversified stages of development.

After ample of time for a proper introduction, both invitees and participating companies are invited aboard for the return trip, providing everyone with an extended and uninterrupted networking opportunity.

Postmachina invite Amazon for a pre-picnic session

Amazon Web Services provides developers with direct access to Amazon’s robust technology platform. This meeting will present them in details (S3, EC2 and EBS, SimpleDB, SQS), and showcase a few success stories, as well as give the opportunity to ask questions.
