External guild members Creative Crowds are all set to kick off their Social Strategy Talk event series, revolving around the concept, and more importantly the numerous applications of crowdsourcing.

For their opening event on May 22nd, they have invited no one less than Jeff Howe: the inventor of Crowdsourcing.

NuPlay is a brand new partial open-source application for creating LIVE 3D audio/video performances and interactive installations by external Guild member Daniel van Gils. It can be used to combine music and visuals in a very direct way by using all kinds of interfaces, controllers and game-devices.

After a launch-event during New Media event Beamlab, Daniel is now providing a triple day training session at the Mediaguild. More details after the jump!
